where we train
We train at the Unidad Deportiva (minutes from Centro). This isn't a "bootcamp" thing; it's a biology thing. We utilize the open courts and green spaces to train in the elements—absorbing Vitamin D while we work. You might get sweaty. You will definitely get strong.
We also utilize La Serena across the street. We use the pool for aquatic resistance and the gym when we need to. We don't go indoors for comfort; we go inside to avoid being struck by lightning.
Logistical Note: Yes, there is on-site parking and clean restrooms. We are uncivilized, but we aren't savages.
