Meet Mark Saint

I am 48 years old. I’ve lived in 9 states and visited 20 countries, and recently returned from a year in Mexico. Through all those miles, I’ve learned that fitness isn't a hobby—it’s the price of admission for a life without boundaries. I don't just 'work out.' I maintain a body that allows me to live with total presence. What good is deadlifting 300 pounds, if you can't tie your own shoes? My goal is to be active when I’m 100. I still feel like a kid because I refuse to stop moving. If there is something to climb, I climb it. If there’s an adventure to be found (even here in Bentonville), I’m on it. While I leveraged technology to build this site, I reject the digital abstraction that pulls us away from physical reality. We use tools like AI to our advantage—but we never let them control our human experience.

My Approach to Training

I follow the lead of Dr. Tommy John III (TJ3)—a physical therapist who literally burned his credentials because after 20+ years he realized that what he was teaching didn’t work. The TJ3 approach treats movement as a biological requirement, not a punishment for what you ate. By focusing on the '8 Essentials'—including air, sun, and thought—we create a physiological environment where your body can finally stop defending and start thriving. We don’t use gadgets or clinical abstractions to 'fix' you; we use foundational strength to restore your innate ability to heal. This is training for those who want to reclaim their own physical autonomy.

We utilize the natural terrain of Bentonville—places like Memorial Park and Coler Preserve—to move in the fresh air and sunshine. However, when the weather is bad, I have a great indoor space we can use.
The hourly rate is $60. You can also choose 10 sessions for $550 (and save $50). All clients get a free, 30-minute assessment.
I have five years of experience training a wide range of clients, from champion athletes to individuals navigating Stage 4 Parkinson’s. Like Tommy John III, I don’t believe in certifications. I believe in experience and results.
Anyone can work out like a maniac until they “look good,” but it’s a very different thing to make “training“ your life—from how you walk and talk to even how you perform mundane tasks. This is an evolution, if not a revolution.

The Evidence
